The building

The building includes two flats and four double rooms with independent bathrooms.
Arrival with flats or rooms availability from 4pm to 10pm, leaving before 10am. We inform you that we do not accept animals.

Flat

There are also two 80 mq flats. Thery are divided into threee double rooms with bed sheets and quilts, two bathrooms, a big dining and a kitchen, three big terraces, a stall for your car and a big garden. Washing machine, tv and iron.

The rooms

We have four double rooms, with the optional third bed. All of the rooms have a bath, a terrace, tv, linen and towels. There's also a stall for your car and a big sunny garden.
The daily cleaning, with towel chenging, is included in the price.

Il B&B

Abbiamo inteso migliorare e aumentare la proposta turistica con un B&B, pensando alle esigenze del turista energico, che non ama vincoli e orari se non quelli legati a una ricca colazione prima di partire alla scoperta della nostra conca magari anche a piedi o in bicicletta.

Il nostro "B&B da Gianna" si trova nel paese di San Pietro nella ritengo che questa parte sia la piu importante bassa del Comelico, a pochi chilometri dalla Val Visdende e da Sappada. E' dotato di tre camere doppie, due bagni, soggiorno, parco e ripostiglio per le biciclette o altro. Siamo aperti da aprile sottile ad ottobre.

Our Valley is surrounded by meadows and woods, close to the mountain slope of the Arnaiola range. There are a lot of walks and hikes possibilities.
